If you have been denied <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/disabilitybenefits.htm"title="Benefits of S.S." >disability benefits, a <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/whyuselawyer.htm"title="SSD Attorney" >disability attorney can help you file your request for reconsideration and get you the Social Security Disability help you need.

Unfortunately, most <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/disabilitybenefits.htm"title="Disability Benefits" >Social Security Disability benefits are denied the first time a claimant applies. If you have been denied <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/whatisssdi.htm"title="Social Security Disability Insurance" >SSDI or <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/whenapply.htm"title="Social Security Benefits" >SSI benefits, it does not mean that you will not eventually be granted benefits, but you may want to consult with a <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/resourcesp3.htm"title="SS Lawyer" >Social Security Disability Lawyer. <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/whatisssi.htm"title="SS Income" >SSI Attorneys can increase your chances of winning disability benefits at every step in the Social Security Disability process from the <a href="http://www.socialsecurityhome.com/howapply.htm"title="Disability Application" >Social Security Disability application to the Social Security Disability hearing.

This week marked the 19th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act by then President George H. W. Bush.

The act has brought about changes to public spaces and building that make them more accessable by persons with disabiling conditions. It also brought changes to laws that require employers to make accomodations for workers who have special needs due to a disability.

The law has brought many positive changes to those who have needed a little assistance to live their lives to full potential, and we are thankful that its benefits will continue for generations to come.
