Definition of Work That Exists in The National Economy

The Social Security Administration, using their Sequential Evaluation Process, will determine if Social Security Disability claimants are disabled by evaluating if they can perform their past relevant work (last 15 years). If the Social Security Administrations determines a Social Security Disability claimant can not do their past relevant work, but they can do other types of work, the work which the Social Security Administration decides they can do must exist in the national economy in significant numbers.
