Social Security Disability - Heart and Blood Vessel Diseases
The Social Security Administration (SSA) will review all of a claimant's medical documents and information necessary for an adequate determination of disability. When the Social Security Administration (SSA) reviews a claimant for heart and blood vessel disease they will review a claimant's records for 3 months. This 3-month period has been determined to be an adequate study period to get the most accurate results. In many cases depending on the number of surgeries, the Social Security Administration (SSA) will need up to 6 months to make an accurate determination.
